Mr & Miss LJ 2020

Mr & Miss LJ 2020, the first ever most glamorous pageant of LJ Group of Institutes, was conceptualised and managed by LJ Institute of Event Management with over 198 participants. This Event was conceptualised and organised with an aim to provide their students with a platform of being professionally trained for curating, executing and simultaneously implementing diversified techniques of management into practice by conducting an event of such splendour.

The First round of Auditions saw 150 participants vying to get to the next stage. The selections were based on their walk and how confidently they carried their clothing and styles. Out of these 30 Boys and 30 Girls were shortlisted.

The grand finale of Mr & Miss LJ was held on 18th February, 2020. There were three rounds for the scrutiny of title winners - TRADITIONAL ROUND, WESTERN ROUND, and QUESTION & ANSWER ROUND.

The Grand Finale was attended by most of the renowned faces from the fashion industry:

Ms. Disha Vadgama, Ace Fashion Designer;
Mr. Praveen Solanki, Head NID Incubation Labs and Associate Senior Faculty, NID;
Mr. Anuj Gandhi, Owner of Anytime Fitness;
Ms. Riya Savjani, Fashion & Lifestyle Blogger;
Misss Kranti Patel, Fashion Styling & Designer,
Ms. Anoushka Chauhan, Fashion Model

The Title of Mr. LJ was won by Yash Desul from LJIAS and the coveted title for Miss LJ was bagged by Shrushti Rajput from LJ Institute of Physiotherapy. Special titles such as Best Physique, Best Walk, Best Intellect and Best Look were awarded to the top 20 finalists. The winners were felicitated with prizes worth 1 lakh along with collaborations for future endeavours by the Esteemed Members of the fashion industry.

Keeping up with the tradition started in 2020, Mr and Miss LJ 2021 was determined to become bigger and more glamorous. We had a whopping 350 registrations out of which we had to select 15 boys and 15 girls. The college held workshops for communication, styling and grooming as a part of the ‘Road to Finale’. A photoshoot of the finalists was done by Sans Photography.

The grand finale of Mr & Miss LJ was held on12th March, 2021. There were three rounds for the scrutiny of title winners - TRADITIONAL ROUND, WESTERN ROUND, and INTELLECTUAL ROUND.

The Title of Mr. LJ was won by Saif Mansuri from LJISM and the coveted title for Miss LJ was bagged by Shivani Patel fromNLJCC. Special titles such as Best Physique, Best Walk, Best Intellect and Best Look were awarded to the top finalists.
